Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Selfiko is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Selfiko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Delays
We do our best to ship orders on time, but delays may happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other situations outside of our control.
